Sales Agreement and Guarantee

Breeder guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time the buyer takes possession. Within two working days of signing the agreement, the buyer should take the puppy to the vet for verification of health. Should the puppy be found to be unhealthy it will be returned, with papers, within two days with written explanation from vet of its unsatisfactory health condition. Breeder will exchange this puppy for another of equal value from the next available litter. Cash refund may be given (circumstances will be considered).

You have been provided with a complete vaccination and worming record with your puppy. Please take to your vet when your pup goes for its first check up, usually within one week of purchase or sooner. Please check the date on vaccination record and have your booster shots given at proper time. Also, your new pup should be wormed regularly. You have also been provided with a suggested immunization schedule. It is the responsibility of the buyer to continue the health program this pup has been started on. Otherwise this guarantee is null and void.

Buyer shall take proper precautions for the care and safety of their puppy. Care should include but not limited to: a fenced yard, proper shelter, proper exercise, quality food, fresh water, vaccinations and other care provided by a vet.

Your pup is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. In the event that your puppy should develop a life threatening defect of a genetic or congenital origin, breeder will replace puppy of equal value from the first available litter. No cash refunds will be given. Only defects that would affect the quality of the pups life will be considered. No replacement will be considered without proper documentation from a licensed vet describing the defect. All registration papers must be returned with pup.

Buyers shall be responsible for any and all liabilities or expenses connected with the above mentioned puppy after taking possession. Buyer expressly agrees that damages shall be limited to the cash value paid for the puppy and neither party shall be entitled to attorney fees or court costs.

All terms of this agreement are binding. This agreement is made and signed to assure the well being and protection of the puppy. No part of this agreement shall be altered without the permission and agreement of both parties in writing. This agreement is performable under the laws of Texas and both parties agree that any claims made shall only be brought in Hill County Texas as proper venue.
